About the Event

Muslim Homeschoolers back-to homeschool night is an important ritual marking the beginning of the new homeschool year.  On this night, we will discuss our homeschool goals for the co-op and for your children. We’ll share information about homeschool teaching styles and methodology, and the requirements for New Jersey homeschoolers. 

We will have a facilitated group discussion: "Links to Learning"  lead by early childhood educator and our very on Playschool & Special Events Coordinator,  Safiyyah Islam.

Along with our epic school supplies sharing, we will have a "Curriculum Sell or Show N' Tell". Bring in curriculum you are no longer using and want to sale reasonably or show and tell moms about current curriculum you are using for this homeschool year. You may also bring in books and other items to swap or donate. 

Rules for the supply sharing:

Please bring in 20 of the same school supply items. We will then distribute our items amongst the families attending the event!

  • Back to School Night Child

    Sign Up for childcare during in-service or information sessions. It is important that during information sessions parents are able to focus on the presented material. We understand the need for childcare for most of our families. Please understand that the older girls will be offering their time to help us with the children and should be compensated. All children who enter the building during our event under 13 must be registered for childcare! SNACKS ARE INCLUDED!
